Reviews

Based on local Google reviews, California South Bay University has a very poor rating based on a small number of reviews that are several years old. It is important to note that these reviews appear to be for a testing center operating at the university’s address, rather than for the institution’s academic programs.

Overall Score: 1.5/5 Stars

Common Praises

The only positive comment among the reviews is a single remark about the staff being “courteous enough” and allowing a test-taker to start their exam early.

Common Criticisms

Rude and Unhelpful Staff: Multiple reviewers complained about rude staff and administrators at the testing center.

Poor Management: The school’s management was criticized for being poor, leading to long wait times for test-takers. One reviewer stated they had to wait 45 minutes to take a test.

Momentum

All of the available reviews are from seven to eight years ago. Due to the very outdated nature of the feedback and the small sample size, there is no way to determine any recent positive or negative momentum. There is no evidence of the university publicly responding to any of these reviews.
