Founded in 1977 by Dr. Arthur and Evelyn Keiser, Keiser University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award baccalaureate, Master’s, specialist, and doctorate degrees and other approved certificates and diplomas for specific programs.

Keiser University has received additional accreditation from specific institutions regarding their career-specific programs. These include, but are not limited to, their Baccalaureate degree nursing programs, accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), and their undergraduate and graduate degree programs in Business Administration, accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
