What Is It Known For?

Betty Krolak started what would become Las Vegas College in 1979, originally calling it the Krolak Business Institute. The school went through several transformations over the years, operating as Las Vegas Business College, then Everest College, and later Altierus Career College. Nevada Career Education, Inc. brought back the Las Vegas College name in 2018, marking a return to its Nevada roots.

The institution now focuses on providing industry certifications that help graduates stand out in their chosen fields. Annual enrollment ranges from 300 to 700 students, creating a close-knit learning environment where instructors know their students by name.
