What Is It Known For?
Since its founding in 1998, SIATech High Schools has developed an alternative education model for youth who left traditional schooling. The charter network operates 14 no-cost campuses accepting enrollments year-round.
Working with Job Corps centers, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act agencies, and school districts, SIATech serves economically disadvantaged students. The organization has helped over 15,000 former students complete degrees across two and a half decades.
Currently, roughly 1,400 students attend these small campuses built for personalized attention. More than 85 percent receive free or reduced-price lunch, and many become the first family members earning high school diplomas.
Degrees & Certifications
At SIATech, you get your high school diploma and job training simultaneously. This is possible through institutional partnerships. Classroom instruction connects to Job Corps programs, while WIOA agencies support students in independent study formats.
You can choose from five career pathways:

Class Schedules
Independent study campuses combine online learning with in-person classroom instruction through a hybrid educational model. There is no information on evening sessions or clinical externships—contact the school directly to find out.
Is It a Good School?
All California SIATech locations receive full accreditation from agencies recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. The Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges accredits both SIATech and SIATech Academy South sites, which proves its educational quality standards.
Acceptance Rate
The acceptance rate for SIATech schools is not published. Students must, however, be between 16 and 24 years old to enroll. For more admission information, contact the institution.
How Much Does Tuition Cost?
SIATech operates as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Attendance is completely free with no enrollment fees or tuition charges. No net price calculator exists because all students attend without cost.
