Financial Aid Services
Scholarships, grants, and loans are options for qualifying candidates. Assistance varies by region, so interested parties must check local South College campuses for information. State and federal lending is available to those who fill out the FAFSA. Work-study placement and eligibility are based on financial need, work experience, skill level, and major.
South College hosts a number of organizations that represent a broad range of interests. The bookstore has all of the textbooks and supplies needed to succeed. Advisors can help with academic and personal issues. All new attendees are required to complete orientation before beginning classes.
There are several benefits to improve the careers of those starting out in the workforce. The South College team provides resume review, interview practice, and counseling. Veteran and Military Services
Veterans and their dependents may qualify for educational aid through the VA. The South College Military Grant is also available when tuition isn’t already covered. Students in the appropriate area can take advantage of the Tennessee Support, Training, and Renewing Opportunity for National Guardsman Act, which reimburses costs for those eligible.
