Financial Aid Services
Many students struggle to afford tuition, books and other course equipment. As such, the financial aid office at Unitek is prepared to help incoming pupils choose the best payment options for them. Advisors give learners information on federal and state loans, grants and scholarships. Students may also participate in a work-study program to fund their education.
Unitek has several resources for helping students succeed. Learners can meet with academic advisors to discuss their career goals and plan for graduation. The school offers online classes to accommodate non-traditional students as well. They also provide 24/7 access to a virtual library so pupils can study or conduct research at any time.
To prepare for employment in their chosen fields, students can take advantage of the various career services at Unitek. The institution offers workshops on job-searching and interview strategies and helps learners develop their resumes and portfolios. Also, each campus hosts an annual career fair where students can network with employers in the healthcare industry.
Veteran and Military Services
Tuition assistance is available for Unitek students who serve in the United States Armed Forces. Active duty military members and their spouses are eligible to receive funds through several government programs. VA education and training benefits such as the G.I. and Post 9/11 Bills can help these learners cover the costs of their schooling.
