Delgado Community College

The City Park Campus is Delgado’s main campus and, by the college’s 2025-26 enrollment report, the campus of 72.5% of its students (by latest semester enrolled). The Charity School of Nursing (registered nursing, the LPN-to-RN track and the 8-week nursing assistant course) and most allied-health programs, from radiologic technology and respiratory care to surgical technology and pharmacy technician, are taught in the Ochsner Center for Nursing and Allied Health, Building 14, opened in 2023. The Braden Vocational Technical Center houses the Motor Vehicle Technology lab, and the campus also hosts computer information technology and, as of 2022, the culinary programs.

The West Bank Campus on General Meyer Avenue in Algiers offers more than 70 associate degrees and certificates in arts and sciences and in business and technology, by the college’s count. Its Advanced Technology Center, a $9.3 million building opened in August 2021, houses STEM programs; the college has listed computer network technology, computer-aided design and drafting, instrumentation and control, science lab technology and chemical technology here. Saturday classes for the pre-nursing and allied-health evening and weekend track met here in 2022-23.

The Sidney Collier Site on Louisa Street in New Orleans East opened in August 2014, replacing a campus destroyed in Hurricane Katrina. Programs taught here include practical nursing (LPN), HVAC/R (certificate and technical diploma, mostly evening classes), residential and commercial electrician, residential and architectural construction, computer-aided drafting and design, cosmetology, barber styling and esthetics. Its 2025 practical nursing graduates passed the NCLEX-PN at 92.86% (13 of 14), per the Louisiana State Board of Practical Nurse Examiners.

Goodwill Technical College

The college’s only campus is in the headquarters building of Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana at 3400 Tulane Avenue. All of its programs are taught here: the Medical Assistant and Medical Billing and Coding diplomas, the IT Support Specialist certificate, the Hospitality certificate and short non-credit courses such as Birth Doula Training. New Student Orientation is held here too. Goodwill’s own employment and job-readiness services work from the same building.

New Orleans Career Center

NOCC’s only training site is a renovated 143,000-square-foot building on Kerlerec Street in the 7th Ward and Tremé area, which it moved into in 2023 from its earlier home on North Prieur Street. All four training sectors are taught here: healthcare, building trades, culinary arts and hospitality, and engineering. The building has clinic and hospital simulation labs, an ambulance bay, a CAD lab, a maker space and a commercial kitchen. High-school trainees attend half-day sessions here, and adult programs run in the same building.

New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute

NOCHI’s only campus is a five-story, 93,000-square-foot building on Howard Avenue downtown, combining a 1920s yellow-brick facade with new construction, and the streetcar stops outside. Both certificates, Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts, are taught here in two culinary labs of 16 students each, two baking and pastry labs and lecture classrooms. Students run their pop-up restaurant in the 70-seat Dining Lab, which has an open kitchen and bar; the Fall 2026 class’s pop-up, Yatai, serves lunch Tuesday to Friday from 10 November to 11 December 2026. NOCHI has no student housing.

Southern University at New Orleans

SUNO’s only campus is at 6400 SUNO Knights Drive, the street called Press Drive until October 2023. Programs taught in person here include the pre-licensure BSN and, from Fall 2026, its evening and weekend pathway, with clinicals at seven regional health systems; business administration; computer information systems; the lab-based cybersecurity degree; social work; addictive behaviors counseling; and the face-to-face and hybrid sections of criminal justice. Apartment-style student housing is on the same street. Louisiana residents paid $4,520 per semester for 12 or more undergraduate hours in Fall 2026.

St. Agatha Career Schools

St. Agatha Career Schools has one location, in New Orleans East, and teaches all of its courses there in person: Nursing Assistant (CNA), Patient Care Technician, EKG Technician, Phlebotomy Technician, Medical Administrative Assistant and Medical Billing and Coding, plus CPR classes scheduled by phone and monthly healthcare workshops. The school’s website shows a banner announcing a new location at the corner of Lake Forest Blvd and Read Blvd while still giving this address, so confirm the suite before visiting. The office is open Monday to Thursday, 9 to 11 am, or by appointment.

Stevenson Academy

Stevenson Academy’s only campus is at 401 Opelousas Street in Algiers Point on the West Bank, which the school describes as four blocks from the Canal Street ferry and a mile from the French Quarter. The school has taught here since at least 1985 and moved all classes here in 2005, after Hurricane Katrina flooded its downtown building. All seven programs, from the 40-hour Shampoo Assistant course to the 1,500-hour Cosmetology and Barber-Styling diplomas, are taught on site, and students practice in a student salon that takes bookings from the public six days a week.

Unitech Training Academy

Unitech moved its New Orleans campus in June 2026 from Jefferson Highway to 201 Evans Road in Elmwood, in Jefferson Parish (postal address New Orleans). The new site teaches only three programs: EKG/Phlebotomy, Medical Assistant and Pharmacy Technician. Its campus page shows dental assisting as not enrolling new students, and massage and electrical are not offered here. The campus had Unitech’s lowest 2021-cohort graduation rate, 42%, for students who started before the move.

Upper Iowa University

UIU-New Orleans is in Building 2033 at Jackson Barracks, at 6400 St. Claude Avenue. It teaches evening classes, which students can combine with UIU’s online and self-paced courses. Undergraduate tuition at the center is $525 a credit for 2026-27, or $250 with military tuition assistance. Classes follow UIU’s 8-week sessions, with starts listed for 26 October 2026, 11 January 2027 and 15 March 2027.
