Arizona College of Nursing
The Greenville campus on Executive Center Drive is the college’s only South Carolina site and holds initial approval from the South Carolina Board of Nursing. It has no BSN graduates yet, so no placement or NCLEX-RN results exist. Tuition is $820 per credit, or $98,400 for 120 credits (2026–27), among the lower rates in the system.

ECPI University
ECPI’s Greenville campus, on Keys Drive, teaches the full IT lineup, electronics engineering technology and mechatronics, healthcare administration, medical assisting, practical nursing, the ADN, and business management and general management degrees, the only ECPI business programs taught on campus outside Virginia. Its ADN holds ACEN Initial Accreditation, and the SC nursing board reports 2025 first-time pass rates of 92.78% on the NCLEX-RN (97 tested) and 87.60% on the NCLEX-PN (121 tested).

Paul Mitchell Schools
Paul Mitchell The School Greenville, on Woodruff Road, teaches 1,500-hour cosmetology, 600-hour esthetics and a 750-hour instructor program. It is one of four schools run by PMSC Columbia LLC, with North Charleston, West Columbia and Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Strayer University
Strayer’s Greenville campus on South Church Street is open Monday to Wednesday, according to its page. It replaced the older Lowndes Hill Road site, which some listings still show. Students take Strayer’s associate, bachelor’s and master’s programs online and can use the campus for select courses and advising.
